  • ½ cup tomato puree

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp gram masala
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp find grain sea salt
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp red chili
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 bay leaf (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantros (optional)
