Chinese Cabbage and Broccoli Noodle Bowl


Ingredients

  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp. soy souce
  • 2 tsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. oil - olive or sesame
  • 1/2 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
  • 1 stalk of lemon grass
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. dried chili flakes
  • Pepper
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 glove garlics
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 head of Chinese cabbage (or bok choy)
  • 1/2 head of broccoli
  • 100 g. dried egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp. chili flakes for garnishing
