Raw Thai Noodle Salad


Ingredients

  • Salad
  • 1 pkg kelp noodles, rinsed and drained
  • 1 small head broccoli (and stalk), chopped **
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped red cabbage
  • 3 carrots, julienned
  • 2 Tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp white sesame seeds
  • Handful fresh cilantro, chopped (Fresh from KyV Farm)
  • Sauce
  • 1/4 cup raw nut butter of choice
  • 2 Tbsp liquid aminos
  • 1 Tbsp ume plum vinegar (or rice vinegar will be fine)
  • 1 Tbsp raw organic agave or raw local honey (non-vegan)
  • 2 tsp organic chili sauce (Sriracha)
  • 1/2 Tbsp raw sesame oil (optional)
