Slow Cooker Recipe: Oatmeal w/Cinnamon & Apples


Ingredients

  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced into bite size pieces
  • 1-1/2 cup original almond milk
  • 1-1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup uncooked steel-cut oats
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup (or your desired sweetener)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (I used flaxseed meal)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
