- 2 1/2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/4 pounds mixed mushroomsâsuch as white, cremini and shiitakeâlarge caps quartered

- 10 small shallots, peeled
- 1/3 cup chopped mint
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon roasted black sesame seeds
