Ingredients

  • *Onion (fresh), 1 cup chopped
  • Garlic, 3 tsp
  • *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
  • Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup or 1 15.5 oz. can
  • Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon, 1 serving (approx 1/2 cup
  • *Low sodium Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
  • *Tahini (sesame seed paste), 3 tbsp
  • *Sesame Seeds, 0.5 cup
  • add a bit of ice water and cayenne and salt
