Gluten Free NZ Croque Madame (Full Fat,No Meat)


Ingredients

  • Grated Parmesan Cheese Approx 50 gm
  • Grated Tasty Cheese approx 50 gm
  • 25 gm of salted butter
  • Cornflour approx 2 tsp
  • 2 slices of gluten free bread ( or 1 if it's a big slice)
  • 4 generous slices of pear
  • 4 generous slices of green apple (or a tarte apple like apple lemonade)
  • 3/4 cup of milk.
  • Mustard Powder 1 tsp
  • Vege stock 1/2 tsp depending on strength.
