Gluten Free NZ Croque Madame (Full Fat,No Meat)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese Approx 50 gm
- Grated Tasty Cheese approx 50 gm
- 25 gm of salted butter
- Cornflour approx 2 tsp
- 2 slices of gluten free bread ( or 1 if it's a big slice)
- 4 generous slices of pear
- 4 generous slices of green apple (or a tarte apple like apple lemonade)
- 3/4 cup of milk.
- Mustard Powder 1 tsp
- Vege stock 1/2 tsp depending on strength.
