Pineapple Fish Soup (Canh Cá Kho Nước)


Ingredients

  • Serves 4-6
  • 2 lb fish filet, cut into portion size (4oz each)
  • 3 medium tomato, roughly chopped
  • ¼ pineapple, roughly chopped
  • 6 cups of water
  • 4 tbsp fish sauce
  • ½ tsp crushed black pepper
  • 2 stalks of green onions, chopped.
