Lomi Lomi Salmon in Avocado Halves


  • ½ lb (225g) skinless salted salmon, cubed (can be substituted with smoked salmon or gravlax)
  • 2 large tomatoes, seeded and cubed
  • ½ cup sweet white onion, finely diced
