Grapefruit Rosemary Teacake


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • zest of 1 large grapefruit (I used white grapefruit)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • juice from 1 large grapefruit (about 3 ounces)
  • 3/4 cup of powdered sugar
