Blueberry-Lemon Buttermilk Bundt Cake


Ingredients

  • For the Cake:
  • 2½ cups + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1¾ cup granulated sugar
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 3 eggs, at room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • 3 cups blueberries
  • For the Glaze:
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, very soft
