  • 200 g / 1 cup Golden brown sugar
  • 7 g / 1 tbsp Instant coffee powder
  • 300 g / Dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa), chopped into small pieces
  • 125 ml / 1/2 cup 35% Cream
  • Simple Syrup
  • 225 g / 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 250 ml / 1 cup Water
  • 7 g / 1 tbsp Instant coffee
